A talented illustrator and author whose beautiful pictures adorn Jungian Theory for Storytelling 

After a Masters in Film Production at the Northern Film School, specialising in Art Direction, Catriona completed a PhD at Stirling University entitled “Bloodspirits: A Jungian Approach to the Vampire Myth”. She joined the staff at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2005 where she teaches media policy, history and theory of film. 

Catriona and I are writing the monograph The Heroine's Journey: Female Individuation on Screen (Routledge; 2018)

An innovative and original photographer, Ruslan has his works exhibited and published internationally. 

I use his thoughtful, archetypal photographic installations  to illustrate my texts. The Trickster and the System has seven of them.
